The world of holistic animal healing is the gentler medical realm I have spent the past 13 years exploring. With natural methods, I nudge the animal's own healing capabilities using diet changes, herbs, acupuncture, chiropractic, and other forms of energy moving body work.  The common denominator is all these techniques have no harmful side effects.

Dr. Donna's Vitamin Powder — the formula is there for you to try. You can learn more about my background on my  vet bio page, or read some of the testimonials and case studies below to learn how holistic veterinary medicine has helped these dear animals have another chance.

The Last Chance Dog

Additionally, I spent several years writing true stories of holistic animal healing. That book is titled The Last Chance Dog. I am currently working on a new book. Thank you for your interest.

Kind regards,
Donna Kelleher

About Dr. Kelleher

Donna Kelleher graduated from Washington State University College of  Veterinary Medicine in 1994. She received full tuition scholarship  for the veterinary acupuncture training while enrolled as a  veterinary student because she was certain to turn to holistic  approaches in the early 1990s after an internship with Dr. Allen  Shoen (author of Kindred Spirits). For the past 13 years she has practiced holistic veterinary medicine only in Seattle but this year opened her downtown Bellingham office.

Donna spent her childhood years battling with asthma, severe  allergies, and subsequent recurrent pneumonia. After many rounds of allergy shots, medications and antibiotics, she  turned to acupuncture and specifically NAET.  Through the use of  holistic modalities, she found good health.  This personal healing is at the route of her dedication and strong belief of holistic  modalities, and of course the animals teach her every day.

Donna lives in a yurt with her dogs, tortoises and husband, Dr. Jeff  Blake who is also a veterinarian and acupuncturist.  Her two horses  still live outside in the barn.  Her goal is to focus on local native  herbs and help animal welfare causes in years to come and she has been working on a new book.
